Thermoforming is one of the oldest methods of plastic processing. Thermoformed products are all around us and play an important role in our daily lives. During the thermoforming process, a plastic sheet is heated until it is soft enough to cover the mold to be used. Vacuum is then applied to remove the air between the sheet and the mold, and finally, the molded part is demolded.
