Frequently asked questions:

  • Where is it installed?

It can be installed on any dental equipment; it is universal, but we always recommend installing it at the water inlet of the chair.

  • When should I replace my Legionella filter?

It lasts approximately one year or has a filtration capacity of 6000L/min, although this duration is approximate as it always depends on water quality and usage in dental clinics.

  • Is a technician required for installation?

A specialized technician is not required.

  • Is it disposable?

Yes, completely disposable. Like the amalgam filter, this type of filter must be replaced with a new one after one year of use.

  • What are the differences between the 6000L/min Legionella filter and the 13000L one?

Apart from the difference in liters, there is another major difference between the two. The 6000L/min Legionella filter allows nanofiltration (a technique applied for water purification, removal of organic substances, etc.) incorporating a carbon filter of 5-10 µm.
