Bracket Conditioner Sand Plus

A sandblaster for new brackets that increases fixation by 18% and also allows reconditioning of metal and ceramic brackets. Includes a holding rod for 4 new or used brackets.

Usage:

1. Connect the unit to the air supply.
2. Place a thin layer of wax in the hollow area of the stem.
3. Secure the bracket in the wax on the area.
4. Activate the button for the required time to clean the piece, 10-25 seconds, moving the rod right and left during the process.
5. Remove the bracket.

Maintenance:

1. Use aluminum oxide between 90 and 125 microns/air filter usage recommended.
2. Clean the oxide filter and replace whenever dirty (according to usage time).
3. Activate the OFF valve each time you stop using the bracket recycler.
4. Never immerse the device in water; use a damp cloth.
